• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player in PKR via an approved fk999 payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal after KYC verification.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the aggregate sum of wagers a Player must place using eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable as Real Money.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to fk999's identity verification process requiring submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and supporting documentation prior to the processing of withdrawal requests above the stated threshold.

Each natural person is entitled to register and maintain only one fk999 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — for any purpose, including attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent self-exclusion measures, or exploit referral programs, is a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be immediately suspended, all balances frozen, and any bonus winnings forfeited in full.

By registering a fk999 account, you represent and warrant that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying your local legal obligations regarding online gaming. fk999 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fk999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. fk999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify fk999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

fk999 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, during any bonus investigation, or where fk999 has reason to suspect that the account is being operated in breach of these Terms. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days of the request may result in account suspension.

All fk999 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the native account currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in PKR. Where a payment method transacts in a different denomination (such as USDT TRC20), conversion to PKR is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction processing. fk999 does not apply additional currency conversion fees beyond the standard processing of the applicable payment method.

fk999 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Nayapay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts are PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers. USDT TRC20 minimum deposit is equivalent to approximately USD 10 at the time of transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits are generally credited to fk999 accounts within minutes of confirmed payment gateway receipt. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during off-peak hours.
• fk999 does not charge deposit processing fees. Any fees imposed by the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• fk999 reserves the right to request evidence of payment (such as a JazzCash or EasyPaisa transaction screenshot) where a deposit is not automatically confirmed within the standard processing window.
• Depositing funds onto fk999 solely to withdraw them without engaging in genuine wagering activity may be treated as attempted money laundering and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified fk999 accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during standard business hours (09:00–22:00 PKT). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2–4 hours during business hours and up to the next business day outside standard hours.

All withdrawal requests are subject to fk999's KYC verification process. First-time withdrawal requests require the Player to submit a clear copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides) and one supporting document — either a recent utility bill or a bank statement dated within the last 90 days. KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission in the vast majority of cases. Subsequent withdrawals do not require resubmission of KYC documents unless account details have changed or a review has been triggered.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own verified name.
• fk999 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation where an account is subject to an enhanced due diligence review.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are subject to maximum withdrawal limits as published in the current platform cashier terms.
• fk999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees charged by the receiving bank or mobile wallet are the responsibility of the Player.

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated directly from Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Upon completion of a Wagering Requirement, the net bonus balance converts to Real Money and becomes withdrawable subject to standard KYC and payment processing procedures. fk999 publishes the specific wagering requirement attached to each bonus at the point of offer.

fk999 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, VIP tier benefits, and other incentive programs from time to time. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms stated in this section and a specific promotion's published terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players once only, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry window. Unused Bonus Funds and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited upon expiry.
• Certain games — including live dealer games, certain jackpot slots, and specific table game variants — may contribute less than 100% (or zero) toward wagering requirements. Eligible games and contribution rates are published in each bonus's specific terms.
• fk999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to its withdrawal will be permitted to complete their wagering requirement under the original terms unless fraud or abuse is detected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between fk999 accounts and have no cash value at the time of crediting — they become withdrawable only upon satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement.

• All RNG-governed game outcomes are generated by certified random number generation systems and are statistically independent of all previous outcomes. Past results have no influence on future game outcomes.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on fk999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling fk999 to immediately suspend the relevant account, forfeit all balances, and pursue any available legal remedies:

• Registering more than one fk999 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place wagers, navigate the platform, or gain any advantage not available to standard manual players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an identified error are void and will be recovered from the Player's account balance.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using fk999 as a mechanism to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players, fk999 employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity documents during KYC verification.
• Accessing fk999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, where the Player is aware of such prohibition.
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment reversals through a Player's bank or mobile wallet provider without first engaging fk999's dispute resolution process in good faith.

All content on the fk999 platform — including but not limited to the fk999 brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, game software, promotional materials, written content, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of fk999 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fk999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the fk999 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from fk999.

fk999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering a fk999 account, you provide your express consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the fk999 Privacy Policy.

fk999 will not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. fk999 will share personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement bodies, payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services as required by its operational and legal obligations. fk999 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming behaviour across its entire Player base. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from within the account settings panel without requiring any contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits which take effect immediately upon confirmation. Limit reductions apply immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

fk999 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fk999 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

fk999 does not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fk999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, server failures, internet connectivity disruptions, third-party payment processor failures, or any other technical issues beyond fk999's reasonable control.

In no event shall fk999's total aggregate liability to any Player, arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform, exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their fk999 account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. fk999 shall not under any circumstances be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm.

fk999 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict access to any Player account without prior notice where fk999 reasonably suspects that the account is being operated in breach of these Terms, where fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected, where KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe, or where a review is underway regarding wagering patterns or bonus activity.

fk999 may immediately terminate any Player account where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed, including but not limited to underage access, multi-accounting, use of automated wagering tools, fraud, money laundering, or provision of false identity information during KYC. Upon termination for breach, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Real Money Balances deposited by the Player will be refunded less any bonuses claimed and any amounts owed to fk999.

A Player may voluntarily close their fk999 account at any time by contacting fk999 support. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method following successful KYC verification. Bonus Funds and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited immediately upon voluntary account closure.

fk999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice to Players. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible via a link in the footer of the fk999 platform and will display the effective date of the most recent revision at the top of the document.

Material changes to these Terms — including changes to eligibility requirements, bonus policies, payment processing procedures, or responsible gaming obligations — will be communicated to Players via email to the registered account email address and via a notification banner displayed upon next login to the platform. Continued use of fk999 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, Players may escalate unresolved disputes to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body recognised by fk999's licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable ADR service will be provided during the internal complaints process. ADR decisions are binding on fk999 and, to the extent permitted by the applicable ADR framework, on the Player.
